About LiFePO4 Battery Cells
1.Are the batteries new and high quality?

Yes, the batteries are brand new, directly from the original factory, and of excellent quality with intact QR codes.  

 

2.Do the batteries include connectors and bolts?

Yes, the price includes connectors and bolts. Each battery comes with one connector and a set of bolts. For example, if you order 4 batteries, you’ll get 4 connectors and 8 bolts. If you need extras, please contact us.  

 

3.Are the batteries tested before shipment?  

Absolutely! We test the voltage and internal resistance of every battery before shipping to ensure they meet quality standards.  

 

4.How are the batteries packaged?

Each battery is carefully packed in thick foam or a protective bag, then placed in a sturdy 5-layer carton to prevent damage during transit.  

 

5.How can I place an order?

About Battery Packs
1.The battery pack is heavy. Will it be damaged during shipping?

This is also a matter of great concern to us.After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable.When you open the package, you will definitely fell our sincerity.

 

2.Does the battery pack include a BMS? Can it power vehicles?  

Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low speed car only or aux.power for standard car. Do not use it for standard car directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.

 

3.What features does the battery pack offer?

Our battery packs support customizable features like Bluetooth monitoring, RS485 communication, or CAN-bus connectivity.  

 

4.How do you ensure the quality of the battery packs?

We use brand-new Grade A cells for all battery packs. Each one is tested for voltage, internal resistance, and capacity before being shipped to you.  

Battery Warnings & Tips

Customers must follow these guidelines to ensure the safe and proper use of the cells:

 

1.Battery Management System (BMS):

   - Install a reliable BMS to monitor and protect each cell.  

   - Share details of the BMS, including design, features, settings, and data formats, with EVE for review and record-keeping.  

   - Maintain a data log of cell performance throughout its use for troubleshooting and quality responsibility. If no monitoring records are available, the manufacturer will not provide quality assurance.  

 

2.Waterproof and Dustproof Design:  

   - Ensure the battery pack is protected against water and dust as per national standards.  

   - EVE is not liable for damages like rust or corrosion caused by poor waterproof or dustproof measures.  

 

3.Mixing Cells:  

   - Do not combine different cell types in the same system. Mixing cells voids quality assurance.  

 

4.Voltage and Temperature Compliance:  

   - Ensure the BMS operates within safe voltage and temperature limits.  

 

5.Low-Temperature Charging:  

   - Do not charge cells at temperatures below 0℃ or below the specified safety limits. Failure to follow this guideline voids quality assurance. Poor heat dissipation design may also affect performance, which is not the manufacturer's responsibility.  

 

6.Voltage Protection:  

   - If the cell voltage exceeds the limit, the system must take protective actions.  

   - If the cell voltage drops to the cut-off level, recharge promptly to prevent over-discharge. Over-discharge and voltage violations are not covered by quality guarantees.  



#Safety Precautions

 

- Avoid Water Contact:  

  - Do not submerge the battery in water. Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use.  

 

- Prevent Overcharging:  

  - Overcharging can cause overheating or fire. Protect against repeated overcharging failures using hardware and software safeguards.  

 

- Charging Time:  

  - Set a reasonable time limit for charging to avoid overheating or thermal runaway. Faulty BMS management must be addressed during design.  

 

- Charge Regularly:  

  - Avoid over-discharge by keeping the voltage above 2.8V during regular use.  

 

- High-Temperature Use:  

  - Never use or store the battery in high-temperature conditions. Keep the temperature below 65℃ during normal operation. If exceeded, the BMS should shut down the system.  

 

- Use Proper Chargers:  

  - Always use a charger specifically designed for lithium-ion batteries.  

 

- Follow Polarity Labels:  

  - Connect the positive and negative terminals as labeled. Reversing connections is prohibited.  

 

- Prevent Short Circuits:  

  - Never use metal objects to directly connect the terminals. Short circuits can cause fires or serious injuries.  

 

- Avoid Metal Contact During Transport or Storage:  

  - Do not transport or store batteries with metal items like hairpins or jewelry.  

 

- Handle With Care:  

  - Do not drop, hit, step on, or bend the battery.  

  - Avoid puncturing the battery with nails or sharp objects.  

 

- Prevent Mechanical Stress:  

  - Protect the battery from impact, pressure, or shocks that could lead to internal damage, overheating, or fire.  

 

- Avoid Static Electricity and Magnetic Fields:  

  - Keep the battery away from areas with strong static or magnetic fields to prevent damage to safety mechanisms.  

 

- Secure Installation:  

  - Fix the battery firmly to a solid surface. Keep power cords properly secured to prevent sparks or damage.  

 

- Avoid Improper Materials:  

  - Do not use plastic for sealing or electrical connections, as it may overheat and cause failures.  

 

- Handling Leaks:  

  - If electrolyte leaks onto skin or clothing, wash the area immediately with water. If it contacts the eyes, nose, or mouth, rinse thoroughly and seek medical help right away.  

 

- Abnormal Behavior:

  - If the battery shows unusual signs like odor, heat, discoloration, deformation, or leaks, stop using it immediately and remove it from the device or charger.  

 

- No Unauthorized Disassembly:  

  - Do not disassemble the battery without written permission from the manufacturer.

1.Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:
